Rotor with adjustable blades
Axial/radial adjustment of the rotor blades:
The tolerances for the adjustment of the rotor blades depends on the
product temperature.
The special settings for the valve you will find on the datasheet.
In case of any doubt please contact sales department.

- Adjust axial/radial clearance and rotor blade using feeler gauges or copper
shims of the correct thickness.
- Above described adjustment has to be executed with all blades.
After adjustment of the blade feeler gauges or copper shims
must be removed. Never let them remain in the valve.
Check the final adjustment by turning the rotor by hand. If steel blades are used the
rotor should turn noiselessly.
- Assemble bearing cover.
- Assemble gland (3.1.3.2).
- Assemble shaft guard.
- Mount drive parts (3.6).
After assembly test run the valve.
