Troubleshooting Guide
1. My dog is not reacting to the collar.

turns on.
- Be sure the strap is on the dog tight enough so that both contact

coat. Use the included contact point extensions to extend the

- The intensity level may be too low for your dog. Increase the

very subtle.
2. The LED indicator light comes on, but I do not feel any
stimulation.
