Ensure safe operating area (15m), check equipment safety, cutting attachment must not rotate at idle.
Switch off engine, keep away from flames, no smoking. Avoid skin contact, wear gloves, clean spills.
Use in good light, ensure safe footing, never cut above waist height, avoid unstable surfaces, remove debris.
Never use metal blades, including multi-piece pivoting chains and flail blades, as this can cause serious injury.
Risk of 'white finger disease' from excessive vibration. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur.
Service by authorized center, use genuine parts, check equipment condition, clean regularly, tighten screws.
Ensure first-aid box is available. Provide accident details when asking for help.
Fix the loop handle securely to the shaft, ensuring correct spacer placement.
Install the protector to the shaft by aligning the rib and groove, then tighten bolts.
Mount the genuine DOLMAR nylon cutting head using the lock key and screwing clockwise.
Handle fuel with care in ventilated areas. Avoid vapor inhalation and skin contact. Seek medical attention for eye irritation.
Use 50:1 mixture of unleaded gasoline and JASO FC/ISO EGD two-stroke oil for optimal performance and emissions.
Purchase only enough for 4 weeks. Use approved containers. Store securely.
Follow cold start or warm start procedures, using choke and primer pump as needed.
Avoid operating at excessive speeds. Reduce engine revolutions when not in use.
Release throttle lever fully and push start-stop switch to STOP. Allow cutting head to stop naturally.
Use effective cutting area. Tap head on ground to feed nylon cord; rewind/replace if necessary.
Stop engine, remove spool cover, hook cord into spool notch, wind ends, hook temporarily, feed through slits.
Check for loose parts, clean cooling passages, clean air filter, check cutting head, verify speeds, test switches.
Turn choke, remove screw and cover, wash sponge element in lukewarm water, dry completely, reassemble.
Use provided wrench, check gap (0.6-0.7mm), clean or replace if dirty/clogged. Do not touch connector while running.
Apply grease to flexible shaft every 50 hours by removing bolts, head unit, and pulling shaft.
Inspect fuel filter periodically, replace if hardened, dirty, or clogged to ensure satisfactory fuel supply.
Drain fuel from tank/carburetor. Add oil to spark plug hole, coat engine, tighten plug. Clean and store in dry place.
Regular checks for general condition, functional checks of controls, cleaning of filters, inspection of parts.
Diagnose common faults like engine not starting or dying by checking ignition, fuel supply, and compression.
