The thermostat knob has eight adjustment positions (fig. d, page 7):
Start the cooling at stage “3” or “4”.
9.4 Making ice cubes
Fill the ice tray with water to three quarters.
Put the ice tray onto the evaporator (fig. 2 2, page 3) of the refrigerator.
9.5 Setting the door lock
Press the pin down to lock the refrigerator door while driving (fig. f, page 8).
9.6 Defrosting the refrigerator

Disconnect the mains, battery and gas supply.
Empty the refrigerator.
Leave the door open.
The defrost water is collected in the drip tray (fig. 2 3, page 3).
Empty the drip tray (fig. 2 3, page 3) and return the empty drip tray in place.
NOTE
After starting the refrigerator it will take about an hour until the ice tray
will show signs of cooling.
NOTICE!
Never use hard or sharp tools to remove ice or to loosen objects stuck in
it.
NOTE
Defrost the refrigerator every 7 – 10 days when in use to ensure optimal
performance.
