6.4 Connecting and installing I/O cards
The I/O cards have several inputs and outputs. The inputs can be used, for
example, for sensors and buttons – the outputs for the control of pumps,
lights and LEDs. The maximum power per card is 20 A.
The I/O cards unit can be attached to the wall or the floor.
Attach each I/O card with two screws through the fixing holes.
Connect the I/O cards as follows:

Description Explanation
1 +/– 12 V connections
(cable cross section 4 10 mm²)
One connection is used for voltage supply to the I/O
cards. The second connection can be used as a power
supply for an additional I/O card.
A fuse disconnects both connections and ensures
power supply of the analogue outputs.
The cable cross section must be configured according
to the cable length and the connected load.
Note: I/O main unit outputs line 1 to line 3 are used as a
power supply.
