  If your Dometic Control Unit isn't responding to changes entered on the display, it might be due to a power interruption, voltage frequency fluctuation, electromagnetic interference, or similar power-related issue. Try performing a factory reset of the display by turning the power off, disconnecting the cable from the display, turning the power on (wait 20 seconds), turning the power off, reconnecting the cable, and then turning the power back on. Also, ensure the display isn't locked; if the display buttons do not function, unlock the display.
