Semi-tighten a bolt at both sides of the
crankshaft, apply engine oil to journals and
pins, then assemble the crankshaft with the
cylinder block by tightening the fixing bolts.

Install the oiled thrust washers with the oil
groove facing outward.
z
Install the bearing and thrust washers to the
bearing cap and apply oil to the bearing and
thrust washers.
z
Install the bearing cap by matching the cylinder
block No. with the bearing cap No.
