3.3.19. Cylinder head
z Blow out the bolt hole of the cylinder
head with compressed air to remove
foreign object.
z Clean the contact surface of the
cylinder head gasket.
z At this time, be careful not to put any
foreign object into the combustion
chamber.
z Adjust the bolt hole of the new gasket
to the standard pin of the cylinder
block, and make the right side mark
face upward and assemble the
cylinder head.
z Check the foreign object inside the
combustion chamber, and put the
cylinder head on the fixing pin.
z Be careful not to damage the gasket.
If the pin hole doesn't fit, lift again.
z Replace the gasket with new one,
when assembling cylinder head bolts
after disassembly.
z Spray engine oil on cylinder head
bolts, and fasten the fixing blots in
order of assembly, using the pre-
defined torque.
