CATION :
Seal the HC injection device, exhaust
pipe, and hose after disassembly, so
that no foreign object is inserted.
3.1.17. HC dosing metering unit
z Loosen the fixing bolts of the HC
dosing metering unit and remove from
the bracket.
CAUTION :
Seal the HC dosing metering unit
after disassembly, so that no foreign
object is inserted.
3.1.18. Turbo charger
z Remove the air pipe connected to the
turbo charger.
z Remove the cooling water pipe
connected to the turbo charger.
Disassemble the oil supply pipe
connected from the cylinder block to
the turbo charger, and the oil pipe
connected from the turbo charger to
the cylinder block.
z Loosen the fixing bolts of the turbo
charger, and detach the turbo charger
from the exhaust manifold.
3.1.19. Exhaust manifold
z Loosen the fixing bolts of the exhaust
manifold and disassemble the exhaust
main fold.
z Do not reuse the used gasket.
