<Installation>
1) Inspect the O-rings on the fittings for nicks, cuts, or damage that may affect their sealing ability.
Replace the O-rings as necessary with the proper size and type.
2) Lubricate the O-rings with white lithium grease or a commercial O-ring lubricant.
3) Install the inlet and outlet fittings on the high-pressure lock-off valve.
4) Install the high-pressure lock-off valve.
CAUTION:
The high-pressure lock-off valve is flow specific and marked as "IN" and "OUT". Make certain
the valve is installed with the proper flow direction or valve will malfunction.
5) Connect the high-pressure fuel line to the high-pressure lock-off valve. Tighten the fuel line fitting to
specifications.
CAUTION:
It is imperative that the high-pressure fuel lines be attached per the fitting manufacture's
procedures.
6) Connect the battery ground cable.
7) Open the manual shut off (1/4 turn) valve.
8) Open the fuel cylinder manual valves. On cylinders with electronic in tank valves, connect the
electrical harness connectors to the tank valves.
9) Check the fuel line connections using a non ammonia soap solution or a liquid commercial leak
detector.
10) Run the vehicle and check for proper operation.
