Bodenkastenabdeckung montieren.
Die Abdeckung auf den Bodenkasten legen und sehr genau
ausrichten. Dazu die Tür mehrfach auf und zu fahren lassen
und dabei darauf achten, dass die Abdeckung keinen Kontakt
zur Tür und Schwenkarm hat.
Installation of cover of floor bearing box.
Place the cover onto the floor bearing box and adjust it
exactly. In order to ensure the correct position of the cover,
several opening and closing cycles have to be performed. It is
important that the cover does not contact the door or the
swivel arm.
Bei geschlossener Tür die Abdeckung ohne sie zu verschieben
mit Schraubzwingen fixieren.
Fix the cover with the aid of locking pliers while the door is
closed. (Without moving the cover!)
Mit einem 4 mm Bohrer durch die zugänglichen Löcher in der
Abdeckung leicht anbohren um die Bohrungen genau zu
zentrieren.
Mit einem 3,2 mm Bohrer die Löcher im Bodenkasten bohren.
M4 Gewinde schneiden.
Mit Edelstahlschrauben fest anschrauben.
Die Schraubzwingen entfernen.
Die Tür öffnen und die restlichen Löcher bohren und Gewinde
schneiden.
Die Abdeckung wieder entfernen.
Drill slightly through the available holes in the cover using a 4
mm drill bit in order center the drill holes exactly.
Drill the holes into the floor bearing box using a 3.2 mm drill
bit.
Cut M4 threads.
Screw down tight using stainless steel screws.
Remove the locking pliers.
Open the door, drill the remaining holes and cut the threads.
Remove the cover again.
