SERVICING
In order to maintain the binding quali
ty, the path and sensors shall be clean
ed of dust and paper debris with a sup
plied brush every 16 hours of opera
tion, and also blow the dust off the
assembly units available at the open
front cover.
The heating element assembly is a dis
posable part, which is subject to natu
ral wear depending on the operation
conditions. The heating element is not
covered by the manufacturer's war
ranty. For longer operational life of
the heating element, use quality tapes
