Proper protection, such as gloves, eye wear, and aprons, are recommended when disassembling a Dosatron.

Step 13: To make sure the hose is connected securely, give it a
pull. If it comes off easily, you may need to cut a half inch off the
hose, reset the ferrule and reattach the hose nut.
