Always cut off the main power before replacing any parts
Questions Solutions
The mixer does not turn on when powered.
Check if the electric cord is connected.
Check the breaker of the building.
Check the main power switch.
Check if the stop switch is pulled out.
Check if the bowl guards are closed properly.
Check if the bowl lift is up.
If the mixer is still not working, call a technician
or call us.
(OP) appear on the speed display and (EN) on the
time display and the machine not start.
Check if the safety guard or the bowl are in the
correct position.
If the mixer doesn’t work and you get (ER) on the
speed display. and (RO) on the time display,
Turn off the main switch for 1 to 2 minutes then turn
on the main switch and the machine will return to its
normal operation.
Otherwise, call technical service.
