Frequently Asked Questions

Tubes must be flooded so that the test gas reaches the module. Optimized and
the shortest possible paths are used in X-dock to keep gas consumption low.
However, long external supply lines require increased flooding to ensure the
device is ready for testing quickly. This option is available to make sure this
happens only with long supply lines and gas is not wasted.

What is the purpose of the option “more than 2m hose length”?
Since it is not possible to charge X-am 125 devices while they are being used,
the charging process will not start immediately after closing the lid, but after
a delay of 15 minutes. The counter starts again if a test is carried out within
these 15 minutes. The charging circuit turns on and the device turns off only
after 15 minutes without interaction with the corresponding module. The lid must
be closed for this!
This type of operation is recommended especially with group and scheduler
mode.
