Forms Tab Tool
Accessing forms is
completed using
the “Forms tab
tool”
To enter data into a form; double click the desired form and it
will open the form in edit mode.
Once the form is open, select which portions of the form
requiring data.
*The “Forms tab” displays common ICS Forms from the FEMA 2010 All Hazard Type
Incidents list.
