11.1 MAINTENANCE
Regular inspection and cleaning reduces the necessity for maintenance operations and will keep
your tool in good working condition.
The motor must be correctly ventilated during tool operation. Avoid blocking the air inlets and
vacuum the ventilation slots regularly.
11.2 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Possible Cause Remedy
Motor pulsing. 1. Air in the system. 1. Bleed the gun (see p.14)
Pump fails to start. 1. Plug fuse blown. 1. Replace fuse.
2. Cable damaged. 2. Have the cable replaced
by a repair agent.
Pump starts/stops with the
trigger operation.
1. Correct operation of the
total stop device.
1. No issue.
Bad spray pattern. 1. Nozzle blocked. 1. Unblock nozzle.
Poor pressure. 1. Water leaks. 1. Check and tighten all
connections.
