Low flame when
turned to High
- Confirm gas pressure is within required ranges (Page 4).
- (LP System Only) Check Liquid Propane tank is not empty.
- (LP System Only) Check regulator for damage or improper installation.
- (LP System Only) Fire pit valve must be OFF when tank is turned ON.
Turn tank valve ON slowly to allow pressure to equalize.
Relieve any tight bends or kinks in gas supply lines.
Note: It is natural and unavoidable for gas firepits to produce moderate levels of carbon (soot) where flames
contact the media.
Rearrange firepit media to ensure there is clear flow for the firepit flames.
Foreign objects in Firepit
Liquid & food spills on the media, burner or firepit, debris in the firepit and the
use of non-approved media can all cause excessive smoke or soot. Ensure
the firepit & media are clean and free of debris when in use.
Contact your local Gas Supply company for advice.
Burner is
Excessively Noisy
or Whistling
(Note: The movement and combustion of gas will create
low, unavoidable levels of noise.)
Relieve any tight bends or kinks in gas supply lines.

Contact a certified gas technician for service & repair if these suggestions do not solve the issue.
