What to do if the DreamCast Outdoor Fireplace pilot will not light?
    • K
      kmathewsAug 7, 2025
If the pilot light on your DreamCast Outdoor Fireplace won't ignite, there are several potential causes. First, ensure sufficient gas flow by checking that the main gas control valve and any secondary control valves are open. For LP systems, verify the propane tank isn't empty, inspect the regulator for damage or improper installation, and make sure the fire pit valve is OFF when the tank is turned ON, then turn the tank valve ON slowly. Air in the system can also prevent ignition, so allow a few minutes for the system to purge air. Also, you can adjust the pilot valve counterclockwise to increase gas flow to the pilot, keeping it at the minimum level required. If problems persist, the system may be incorrectly assembled or faulty, and you should consult a qualified technician.

What to do if the main burner of my DreamCast AURA36-CFB60 will not light?

      Allison RojasAug 17, 2025
If the main burner on your DreamCast Outdoor Fireplace fails to light, check for media obstructions and rearrange the fire pit media to ensure a clear flow between the pilot and the nearest burner ports. Also, a weak pilot flame or insufficient gas flow could be the cause. See the sections about 'Insufficient Gas Flow To Pilot' and 'Insufficient Gas Flow' for solutions. If the problem persists, the system may be incorrectly assembled or faulty; in this case, consult a qualified technician.

Why one or more flame jets will not light on my DreamCast AURA36-CFB60?
    • S
      Samantha FigueroaAug 27, 2025
If one or more flame jets on your DreamCast Outdoor Fireplace won't light, it's likely due to blocked jets. Clean the burner orifices and check the jets for any obstructions. Additionally, rearrange the fire pit media to ensure clear gas flow from the jets.
