3. Mount Burner to Support Plate
Attach Pipe Clamps (4) to Aluminum Plate (2) using the
supplied bolts.
Use Pipe Clamps to mount Burner to Aluminum Plate.
4. Mount Pilot Assembly to Support Plate
Attach the Pilot Mounting Bracket to the Pilot Assembly
using the supplied bolts.
Feed the Thermocouple cable and Pilot line through the
opening in the Aluminum Plate.
Secure the Pilot assembly to the Aluminum Plate using
the supplied bolts.
Assembly Instructions
1. Identify All Components
Locate and identify all the components on the parts list.
Remove the 4x flared fittings from the Flex Hoses.
Put them aside, you will need them.
2. Attach Burner Fittings
50k-199k BTU SYSTEMS:
Install one flared fitting into the burner inlet.
-OR-
200k-250k BTU SYSTEMS:
Install one 1/2" Nipple into the burner inlet, then install one flared
fitting onto the 1/2" nipple.

3/4" Hoses
