Troubleshooting
If the appliance stops working, refer to the table below. If the issue persists, please contact
customer service.
The appliance does not
work.
The device is discharged.
Before use, ensure the battery is fully
charged.
The appliance is in an upright position.
Tilt the appliance backwards.
Overheating mode is activated and the
appliance is locked.
Clear the blockage.
Wait until the temperature returns to
normal.
The Used Water Tank is full.
Empty the Used Water Tank.
The handle or Used Water Tank is not
installed in place.
Ensure that the handle or Used Water
Tank are all properly in place.
The appliance charges
slowly.
The battery temperature is either too low or
too high.
Wait until the battery's temperature
returns to normal.
The appliance has weak
suction power.
Clean the Used Water Tank and
the filter that is in the dust cup.
Either the suction inlet or the tube is blocked
or contains foreign objects.
Clean the tube and the suction inlet.
The motor is producing an
unusual sound.
The Used Water Tank contains an excessive
amount of dirty water.
Empty the Used Water Tank.
The suction inlet is blocked.
Remove any obstacles from the
suction inlet.
While charging, the
display screen does not
light up.
The charging base plug has not been inserted
correctly into the electrical outlet.
Make sure the charging base plug is
inserted correctly.
The appliance is not correctly positioned on
the charging base.
Make sure the appliance is placed
correctly on the charging base.
The appliance is not
dispensing water.
The Clean Water Tank is not correctly
installed in place, or the water in the Clean
Water Tank is insufficient.
Re-install or fill the Clean Water Tank.
It takes thirty seconds to dampen the brush
roller.
Turn on the appliance and check
again in thirty seconds
Water enters the motor when there is a
collision or sharp pull.
While the appliance is turned on,
move it gently back and forth.
After cleaning, the filter remains slightly
damp.
Before use, make sure that the filter
is completely dry.
Self-cleaning has not
worked.
Large debris can jam the brush roller.
Open the cover to check and clean
the brush roller.
The appliance is not charging.
Before activating the self-cleaning
feature, make sure that the appliance
is charging.
If the battery level is lower than 15%, self-
cleaning cannot be enabled.
Charge the appliance battery to more
than 15% before use.
The Used Water Tank is not installed on site
or is full.
Re-install or empty the Used Water
Tank.
The Clean Water Tank is not installed in place
or is insufficient.
Fill or re-install the Clean Water Tank.
The air outlet and air inlet of the charger may
be blocked.
Check and clear blockage of air outlet
and air inlet.
