Voice prompt "Clean
water tank not
installed"
1. Please conrm that the rmware version is the latest.
2. Please ensure that the clean water tank and used water tank of the water hookup kit are installed in place.
3. Please unplug the base station for 10 seconds and plug it in again.
4. Please try to take out the used water tank of the water hookup kit, wipe the connect contacts of the xing base and the
used water tank and then reinstall the used water tank. Please try to take out the clean water tank of the water hookup kit and
reinstall it.
If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
No water in the
clean water tank
1. Please use the "water hookup kit self-test" in the more functions of App to nd the cause.
2. Please check whether the water supply is cut o and the main water valve is open at home.
3. Please check whether the water inlet and outlet directions of the controller assembly are correctly connected, and whether
the solenoid valve connector of the controller assembly is properly plugged.
4. Please check whether the clean water pipe adapter assembly on the back of the base station is installed in place.
5. Please check whether the two plugs a1 and a2 inside the base station have been removed (See Step
❶
-3).
6. Please check whether the xing screw on the back of the base station to x the clean water tank are tightened clockwise to
ensure that the clean water tank is installed in place (See Step
❸
-2).
