Abnormal pumping

tank
1. Please use the "water hookup kit self-test" in the more functions of App to nd the cause.
2. Please take out the washboard, check whether there are blockages around the washboard, and clean it.
3. Please check whether the sealing covers of the water hookup kit are installed in place, as the internal sealing of the water
hookup kit is required for used water drainage. Do not open the sealing cover during operation.
4. Please check whether the xing screw on the back of the base station to x the used water tank are tightened clockwise to
ensure that the used water tank is installed in place (See Step

-2).

2. Please check whether there are blockages inside the used water lter or used water pipe and clean it.
3. Please check whether the used water pipe is bent or pressed by heavy objects, impeding proper function; The height of the
used water outfall should be ≤ 38cm.
4. When the used water tank is draining, touch it with your hand to check whether the used water tank vibrates. If it does not
vibrate, the used water tank is faulty.
