If your Drive Medical Equipment bed isn't moving when you press the pendant control button, there could be several reasons. First, the adjustment might already be at its maximum or minimum level. Second, the bed might not be plugged into the wall outlet, or the backup 9V battery may be missing or dead; ensure the bed is plugged in. Third, repeated or simultaneous adjustments may have tripped the thermal protection overload; allow the bed to sit for several minutes (up to 30) to reset. Fourth, the pendant cord could be damaged; check for damage and stop using the bed until the cord is replaced.
