TROUBLESHOOTING
The unit is not turned on or has powered
down.
Batteries are depleted or not installed.
SmartDose will not
pulse - no green light
when I inhale.
Cannula is not on properly and the unit
cannot sense your inhale.
Check the cannula tubing and ensure that it is
comfortably in your nose.
Check connection to cylinder. If leak is apparent,
contact your oxygen provider for new seal.
Leak in system.
Use times are different

SOLUTION
Check contents gauge on unit. If pressure is in the
red, switch cylinders.
Press and hold Power/Adjust or On/Adjust button
to turn the unit on.
Install 2 x "AA” new Alkaline batteries.
Mouth breathing. Inhale through nose.
Unit is in Continuous Flow (CF) mode.
Push CF knob in all the way to switch to SmartDose
