Open the transducer lid whe

Press push button A for approx. 2 sec.
till Yellow LED is off.
Press push button B for approx. 2 sec.
till Yellow LED is off.
Analog output of A/D1 is fluctuating
between 0V and 2,5V.
Move cursor onto ZERO position.
Press push button A and Yellow LED
will blink once for 1 sec. confirmin
g
the ZERO point memorization.
Analog output of A/D1 is fluctuating
between 2,5V and 5V.
Move cursor to FULL SCALE point.
Press push button A and Yellow LED
will blink for 1 sec. confirming the
FULL SCALE point memorization
IS YELLOW
LED ALSWAYS
ON ?
Analog output of A/D1 is fluctuating
between 5 V and 7.5 V.
Move cursor onto ZERO position.
Press push button B and Yellow LED
will blink once for 1 sec. confirming
the ZERO point memorization
Analog output of A/D1 is fluctuating
between 7,
5 V and 10V.
Move cursor to FULL SCALE point.
Press push button B and Yellow LED
will blink for 1 sec. confirming the
FULL SCALE point memorization
Power off and then on the
transducer in order to reset I
t
and to activate the just done
calibration.

ote: if Yellow LED remains on
there has been a calibration error
and probably zero and full scale
points are the same point. Repeat
the calibration procedure
mantaining at least a 10% Full
Scale distance between zero and
