What causes 'Panel Supervision Trouble' on my DSC Cell Phone?

  If your DSC Cell Phone displays 'Panel Supervision Trouble', check that section [382] Toggle Option [5] is ON (LTE/3G/Module Enabled). Also, make sure the ribbon cable between the panel and communicator is properly connected (not reversed) and securely in place.

What does FTC Trouble mean on my DSC Cell Phone?

  If your DSC Cell Phone displays 'FTC Trouble', it indicates that the unit has exhausted all communication attempts to every programmed receiver for events generated by the communicator. Restart the system. If the trouble persists, contact your dealer.
