Themanufacturer’swarrantyofDTESystemsGmbHforcustomersislimitedtocustomer’swhohavepurchasedtheproductfrom
anofficialDTEdealer.EndcustomerscanreceivewarrantyservicesatDTESystemsinGermany.Thesevoluntarymanufacturer’s
warrantyservicesextendthelegalrightsaccordingtoapplicablelaws.Applicablenationallawswillnotbeaffectedbythat.
Whilerequestingwarrantyclaimsaccordingtothiswarranty,theendcustomerisrequiredtoprovideanoriginalproofofpurchase
(i.e.theoriginalinvoiceforthefirstpurchaseoftheproductbyanendcustomer).
Thewarrantyperiodis,ifnototherwisestatedinsalesmaterial,2yearsasofshipment.
Thewarrantyislimitedtoprovenmaterialorproductionerrors.Excludedarecomponentsthatareaffectedbynormaltearandwear.
Furthermore,damagesorerrorsduetoimproperusage,applicationoutsidetheproductspecifications,negligence,manipulation,
accidents,abnormalusageenvironmentsorimproperinstallationareexcluded,aswellasconsequentialorincidentaldamagesof
anymatter.Theproducthastobereturnedto
