      If your Duke Oven isn't heating, the fan isn't working, and the lights are off, first ensure the oven is plugged into a properly rated power source. Also, check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. Make sure the POWER switch is in the COOK position. A shorted door switch can also cause this issue, so consider replacing the door switch and fuse.

      If your Duke Oven isn't heating and the blower isn't operating, and the oven heating lamp is off, first ensure the oven is plugged into a properly rated power source. Also, check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. Make sure the POWER switch is in the ON position. The oven door should be completely closed, and the door switch operation should be checked.

      If the POWER switch is in the COOK position but your Duke Oven isn't heating and the fan isn't operating, first check that the thermostat isn't in the OFF position; rotate it to the desired temperature. Also, ensure the timer isn't in the OFF position, preventing a cook cycle; rotate the timer to the desired time interval.

      If the POWER switch is in the ON position but your Duke Oven isn't heating and the blower isn't operating, check and replace the POWER switch if it's defective. Also, the controller, the Power Transformer, or the Step-Down Transformer might be defective. Check for correct voltage at input and output of Power Transformer and replace if not correct. Check input and out voltage of Step-Down Transformer and replace if input voltage present but no or incorrect output voltage.

      If your Duke Oven fan is operating but the oven isn't heating, ensure the POWER switch is in the COOK position. Additionally, the contactor or the elements may be defective, so check for voltage at both the input and output side of Contactor. If not present at output, replace Contactor. Replace Elements if defective.
