Why can’t I upload baking/proofing program to Duke Touch Screen Controller?
    • B
      Billy RushAug 17, 2025
If you're unable to upload a baking/proofing program to your Duke Touch Screen Controller, the program may not be loaded correctly on the jump drive; reload the program and try again. Also, check for loose connections on the Touch Screen Control, specifically the USB connection. If the problem persists, the USB port itself might be defective and need replacement.

      Rodney SmithAug 19, 2025
If your Duke Oven isn't heating, there might be several reasons. First, ensure the oven is turned on using the Touch Screen Control. Then, check if the temperature is properly set or reset using the Touch Screen Control. Other potential causes include a Hi Limit Breaker that needs resetting, a defective Hi Limit Thermostat (which would need replacement), or defective Oven Heat Elements (also requiring replacement).

How to fix uneven baking in my Duke Oven?
    • P

Uneven baking in your Duke Oven can stem from several issues. Check if the door is sealing correctly; if not, adjust it. Also, inspect the door gaskets for defects and replace them if necessary. Debris in the Blower Wheel can also cause this problem, so clean it thoroughly. If the blower isn't running, refer to the 'Oven Blower does not operate' troubleshooting section. Finally, a malfunctioning oven heat element could be the culprit, requiring replacement.
