5.5 - CARICA BATTERIA (EH)
AVVERTENZA:
La carica della batteria deve essere effettuata in
locali conformi alle norme speciche in materia.
NOTA:
Per le modalità di carica, di controllo livelli, ecc...
fare riferimento al manuale della batteria e al ma-
nuale del caricabatteria utilizzato, accertandosi della
tensione erogata.
NOTA:
Per le avvertenze di sicurezza attenersi a quanto
descritto nel manuale della batteria e a quanto pre-
scritto nel “capitolo 1”.
- Parcheggiare la macchina nei pressi del caricabatteria,
spegnerla ed inserire il freno di stazionamento.
- Sollevare il cofano (1).
- Sganciare la spina (3) dalla presa (2).
- Se le batterie non sono provviste di rabbocco cen-
tralizzato, rimuovere i tappi degli elementi.
- Collegare la presa (2) al caricabatterie per iniziare la
carica.
- Il carica batterie deve essere del tipo automatico con
caricanaleequalizzata.Iltempodiricaricatotaleè
dimax12ore.Allane,selacaricaèbenavvenuta,
mediante un densimetro si deve misurare su ciascun
elemento un valore di 1,28 g/l.
- Terminata la carica ripetere le operazioni in senso
inverso per ripristinare le normali condizioni d’uso
dellamacchina,avendo curadivericare chenon
vi siano giochi residui tra la presa delle batterie e la
spina dell’apparecchiatura elettronica.
- Il cofano (1) deve rimanere sempre aperto durante
la ricarica per evitare pericoli di esplosioni.
5.5 - BATTERY CHARGE (EH)
WARNING:
The battery has to be charged inside rooms comply-
ing with specic standards.
NOTE:
For charge, level control modes etc, refer to the
battery manual and the battery charger manual,
checking the supplied voltage.
NOTE:
For safety instructions follow the procedures de-
scribed in the battery manual and in “chapter 1”.
- Park the machine near the battery charger, stop it
and pull the hand brake.
- Lift the side hood (1).
- Release the plug (3) from the socket (2).
- If the batteries do not include centralized topping,
remove the elements caps.
- Connect the outlet (2) to the battery charger to start
charging.
- The battery charger shall be of automatic type with
equalization nal charge. The total recharge time is
of max 12 hours. In the end, if the recharge is suc-
cessful, on every element a 1,28 g/l value has to be
measured by using a densimeter.
- Once the charge is nished, follow the opposite
procedure to reset the normal machine use condi-
tions, making sure that there are no residual slacks
between the battery outlet and the electronic device
pin.
- The lid (1) shall remain open during the recharge
operation to avoid explosions.
