8. Troubleshooting support
Is there a fault? As soon this question arises, please read this chapter carefully and
try out the potential solutions described in the following. If your unit does still not
work properly, please contact your local customer service.
Attention!
If there is a water leak, please shut the main value for the water supply in order to
stop the water supply. Disconnect the power supply on the fuse box if necessary.
Before starting to establish whether the unit is defective, please check the fol-
lowing points:
1. Make sure the power supply is in order.
1.1 Is there a power failure?
1.2 Has the FI circuit breaker tripped?
2. Make sure the water supply is in order.
2.1 Is the water supply disconnected?
If either of the following cases arises, please disconnect the power supply im-
mediately. Carefully read through the chapter on fault diagnosis of the function
of the indicator lamps and the alarms. Are you certain you need the assistance of
the local customer service to fix the problem?
