The sewing units for piped pockets 100-68/1 and 100-68/2 allow
an efficient and flexible production of straight and slanted welt
pockets, flap pockets and inside pockets for the production of
men’s jackets, coats, blazers, anoraks and trousers on a maxi-
mum quality level. A wide range of optional equipment is avail-
able for the various fields of application.
100-68/1 – Lining inside pockets
For sewing lining inside pockets an automatic tape feeder
and cutter as well as a feeding and trimming device for
endless zippers are available.
100-68/1 – Production of trousers
For the production of trousers the machine can optionally
be equipped with a bundle clamp and the corresponding
rest table as well as with an ejector roller or blowing device.
100-68/2 – Outside pockets of men’s jackets
Equipment configurations for straight and slanted piped
pockets, with or without flap, with or without pocket bag,
flip stacker with automatic lowering device.
100-68/2 – Universal use
The quick change between the production of trousers and
men’s jackets is enabled by a second photocell and max.

Die Paspeltaschen-Nähanlagen 100-68/1 und 100-68/2 ermög-
lichen eine rationelle und flexible Fertigung von geraden und
schrägen Leisten-, Patten- und Innentaschen in der Sakko-,
Mantel-, Jacken-, Anorak- und Hosenfertigung auf höchstem
Qualitätsniveau. Für den Einsatz in den verschiedenen Einsatz-
gebieten stehen entsprechende Zusatzausstattungen zur Verfü-
gung.
100-68/1 – Futterinnentaschen
Für das Nähen von Futterinnentaschen steht eine Band-
zuführ- und Abschneidautomatik sowie eine Zuführ- und
Abschneidvorrichtung für Endlos-Reißverschlüsse zur
Verfügung.
100-68/1 – Hosenfertigung
In der Hosenfertigung kann die Maschine mit einer Bündel-
klemme und dazugehörendem Auflagetisch und einer Aus-
roll- oder Ausblasvorrichtung ausgestattet werden.
100-68/2 – Sakkoaußentaschen
Ausstattungsvariante für gerade und schräge Paspelta-
schen, mit oder ohne Patte, mit oder ohne Taschenbeutel,
Überwurfstapler mit automatischer Absenkung.
100-68/2 – Universeller Einsatz
Der schnelle Wechsel zwischen Hosen- und Sakkofertigung
wird durch eine 2. Fotozelle und max. 8 Lasermarkierungs-
leuchten ermöglicht.
