If your fried foods aren't crispy when they come out of the Duronic Fryer, it might be because you're using foods typically prepared in a traditional deep fryer. For a crispier result, use oven-ready foods or lightly brush some oil onto the freshly prepared food.

If fresh potato fries are not crispy when they come out of the Duronic Fryer, it's likely related to the amount of oil and water in the fries. Make sure to dry the potato sticks properly before tossing them in a light coat of oil. For a crispier result, cut the potato into thinner sticks or add slightly more oil.
