Lists essential tools and safety equipment for DVO Diamond seal service and casting cleaning.
Steps 1-3: Remove low-speed adjuster bolt, lift compression adjusters, and remove detents.
Steps 4-6: Loosen damper/air side top caps and rebound footnut using appropriate sockets.
Steps 7-10: Loosen air footnut, tap footnuts flush, drain oil, and free cartridges.
Steps 11-18: Remove adjusters, upper assembly, and old seals from the fork casting.
Steps 19-21: Remove foam rings, clean casting interior, and wipe clean.
Steps 22-27: Clean seal area, soak new foam rings, grease casting, and install new seals.
Steps 31-36: Reinsert upper assembly, cartridges, and add oil to damper side.
Steps 37-41: Add oil to air side, seat cartridges, tighten footnuts and top caps.
Steps 42-44: Reinstall detents, align, and tighten compression adjusters.
