    • D
Dr. Teresa Chase DVMJul 28, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Grill burner won't light with a match, consider the following: 1. Ensure the match reaches the burners by using the match holder found in the cabinet door. 2. Check the fuel level and refill the tank if it's empty. 3. Inspect the connection between the valve regulator and LP cylinder coupling; turn off the grill knobs, close the LP cylinder valve, and disconnect and reconnect if needed. 4. If the burner inlet is blocked, clean the burner inlet (venturi) and burner as described by the Care and Maintenance section in the manual.

If the burner on your Dyna-Glo Grill won't light using the ignitor (weak or no spark), here are a few things to check: * The igniter electrode may be covered with grease or residue. Clean the ignitor electrode. * The igniter electrode may have a loose or disconnected wire. Check the connection and reconnect any loose or disconnected wires. * The ignition electrode might be cracked or broken. Replace the ignition electrode (see Replacement Parts List).

Why are there excessive flare ups on my Dyna-Glo Grill?
    • B
      bsmithAug 15, 2025
Excessive flare-ups on your Dyna-Glo Grill can occur due to several reasons: * Grease and residue build-up on heat tents or in the firebox. Clean the grill components to resolve this. * Excessive dripping of fat or marinade from food. Trim the fat from meat and use non-oil based marinades. * Cooking temperature being too high. Lower the temperature accordingly.

Check the fuel level and replace the fuel if the tank is empty. 3. Inspect the connection between the valve regulator and LP cylinder coupling.
