What to do if my Dynaudio SUB 300 Subwoofer responds intermittently to remote control commands?
    • P
      Paul GardnerJul 29, 2025
If your Dynaudio Subwoofer is responding intermittently to remote commands, it might be due to a weak battery in the remote control. Try replacing the battery. Also, make sure there isn't anything blocking the line of sight between the remote and the subwoofer's remote receiver (either on the front or back panel). Avoid placing the subwoofer in strong direct sunlight.

      James JohnsonAug 6, 2025
If your Dynaudio Subwoofer is on but producing no sound, there are several potential causes. First, ensure all signal cables are properly connected. Next, check the bass-management settings on your processor or receiver to confirm that the 'subwoofer' is enabled. Also, verify that the subwoofer volume level hasn't been turned down completely on either the processor/receiver or the subwoofer's remote control. If it has, carefully and gradually increase the volume level on both.

Why won't my Dynaudio Subwoofer switch on automatically?
    • S
      Steven ColonAug 15, 2025
If your Dynaudio Subwoofer isn't switching on automatically, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check that a signal is present on the subwoofer’s inputs. The status LED should not be red. Second, ensure the subwoofer hasn't been set to temporary manual On/Standby switching. To revert to automatic mode, check if all signal cables are connected properly and if the subwoofer output on the source is engaged. Briefly press the green 'I' button on the remote control to switch back to automatic On/Standby. The subwoofer will switch on, and the MANUAL mode LED will turn off.

Why does my Dynaudio SUB 300 switch itself off when music is playing?
    • B
      Brenda HaydenAug 20, 2025
Your Dynaudio Subwoofer might be switching off during music playback because there's not enough low-frequency signal in the audio. This often happens with music or movies that don't have very deep bass. The subwoofer should switch back on automatically when it detects low-frequency signals. You can also use the temporary manual On by briefly pressing the green I button on the remote control.

    • X
      xchambersAug 25, 2025
If your Dynaudio Subwoofer is not switching to standby automatically, it might have been set to temporary manual On/Standby switching. To return to automatic mode, briefly press the red 'O' button on the remote control. This will cause the subwoofer to switch to Standby, and the MANUAL mode LED will turn off.
