2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The E-series by E-Wheels are personal transport vehicles, and each vehicle is designed for one person only. Please do not carry
passengers on your electric scooter.
• Please wear a safety helmet and necessary safety equipment when riding the electric scooter.
• Do not ride the electric scooter on unsafe surface, such as ice or oil, or off road/curbs.
• Please practice in an open and traffic-free area on gear level 1 before riding on public roads and sidewalks.
• Please keep both hands on the handlebar, and both feet on the standing board during your ride. Do not jump on the standing
board.
• Do not turn of the motor during your ride.
• Do not try to ride over gaps bigger than 3 cm, and do not ride up/down curbs. This may cause injury to the rider or damage to
the vehicle. It is always better to carry the vehicle over obstacles and/or road bumps.
• Make sure to always slow down when approaching rough or bumpy roads. If the conditions are too rough, you should consider
stopping the vehicle and rather walk with your scooter.
• A user must adjust the height of the handlebar tube according to their height to ensure a safe, stable, and comfortable ride.
• It is recommended to not use your electric scooter in weather conditions where the temperature is below -5°C.
• Do not ride in or over water ponds.
• Do not ride your bike in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or windstorms to prevent accidents. If riding in these
conditions, never exceed the speed of 10km/h.
• If the electric scooter is not used for a period of 1 month or longer (for example during winter storage), make sure to charge it
regularly and at least once a month. Never leave the battery flat, and never charge the battery to its maximum during storage.
• When unfolding the electric scooter make sure you push in the handler/lever of the folding mechanism, and make sure it is tight
before usage.
• Do not ride your scooter under the influence of alcohol or other substitutes. Although there may not be a limit for intoxication,
you can still be charged based on discretionary assessments.
• Do not use the electric scooter if slack occurs either in the folding mechanism or in the steering. This must be adjusted
immediately. In need of help, contact us. If not adjusted the slack will worsen and parts will take damage. This could potentially
cause injury to the driver as the product can be damaged. How often the product needs maintenance depends on the usage of
the product.
• Do not ride the electric scooter with little to low air pressure in the tires. This is harmful to the product and could potentially
cause injury to the driver. This will cause damage to the tubes, tires and could potentially destroy the rim. Punctures are not
covered by warranty.
• This is a transport vehicle, do not use the scooter for jumping, tricks, etc.
• Do not ride the scooter up or down stairs, etc.
