Why is the paint running on the item I'm spraying with my Earlex Paint Sprayer?
    • P
      Penny BoydJul 27, 2025
The paint might be running because it's too diluted; try adding undiluted material. Other potential causes include setting the paint volume too high (reduce the paint flow by adjusting screw 12), moving too slowly (increase your application speed), holding the gun trigger for too long (release it earlier), or holding the gun too close to the workpiece (increase the distance).

What to do if my Earlex Paint Sprayer is not producing paint?
    • D
      David IbarraAug 5, 2025
If your paint sprayer isn't producing paint, several issues could be the cause. The paint might be too thick (add thinner), the gun or pick-up tube could be clogged (clean them), the air hose could be split (replace it), the paint could be grainy (filter it), the container might be almost empty (refill it), the gun could be at an angle (ensure the pick-up tube is angled towards the paint), or the air intake could be blocked (check for obstructions).

How to fix thin or irregular paint from my Earlex Paint Sprayer?
    • D
      Dennis WhiteAug 16, 2025
If the paint appears thin or irregular, it could be due to several reasons. The paint might be too diluted, so try adding undiluted material. Alternatively, the paint volume might be too low, so increase the paint flow by adjusting screw 12. You might also be moving too fast, so reduce your application speed. A clogged gun or holding the gun too far away from the workpiece (reduce the distance) can also cause this issue, so ensure the gun is clean.
