Why does paint run when using my Earlex Spray Station HV5500 Paint Sprayer?

Paint running on the sprayed item can occur due to several reasons. It might be because the paint is too diluted, so try adding undiluted material. Alternatively, the paint volume could be too high; reduce the paint flow by adjusting screw (12). Other factors include moving too slowly (increase application speed), holding the gun trigger for too long (release it earlier), or positioning the gun too close to the workpiece (increase the distance).
