Why does paint run when using my Earlex Spray Station HV5500 Paint Sprayer?

  Paint running on the sprayed item can occur due to several reasons. It might be because the paint is too diluted, so try adding undiluted material. Alternatively, the paint volume could be too high; reduce the paint flow by adjusting screw (12). Other factors include moving too slowly (increase application speed), holding the gun trigger for too long (release it earlier), or positioning the gun too close to the workpiece (increase the distance).

  If your Earlex Paint Sprayer isn't producing paint, several issues could be the cause. The paint might be too thick, so add thinner. The gun or pick-up tube could be clogged, so clean them. Also, check for a split in the air hose and replace if necessary. Grainy paint can also cause this, so filter the paint. Ensure the container isn't almost empty and refill it if needed. Make sure the gun isn't at an angle, ensure the pick-up tube is angled towards the paint. Finally, check that the air intake isn't blocked by paper or debris.

  If the paint appears thin or irregular when using your Earlex Paint Sprayer, this could be due to several reasons. The paint may be too diluted, so add undiluted material. A clogged gun can also cause this issue, so clean the gun. Finally, the gun might be too far away from the workpiece, so reduce the distance.
