B) Choosing Sleep Frequency:
Choosing the proper sleep frequency for use
with manual mode is based upon effect of ini-
tial exposure session. It is imperative you fol-
low directions for initial exposure session.
If you FAILED to attain some unconscious-
ness or lucid dreaming during the initial ses-
sion you should begin nighttime use with 2.4
Hz or any frequency at 3 Hz or below.
To increase your statistical probability of success, please contact
tech support on day 7 if desired results fail to manifest during rst
7 nights. You’ll never know what works unless you try. See also the
Agitation and Trouble Shooting sections of this document.
C) Fallback When Unable to Sleep or Fall-Back to Sleep:
Hit SELECT/ENTER button and program will reboot. Set frequency
lower. Be sure to set timer again on your fall back reset so you get
benet of wake-up programming in morning. As I’ve stated before,
the recovery is so fast on 9.6 Hz, 4.8 Hz, 3.6 Hz and 2.4 Hz, I nd I’m
still waking early and wanted to climb out of bed after 12 months of
using Manual-Mode settings exclusively at those harmonic’s of 9.6
Hz settings.
This is pretty subjective, because there is no magic formula. You’ll
have to nd what works best for YOU. Just set lower and lower fre-
quencies until you nd your self relaxing. As you’ve read before, I like
using the sub-harmonics of 9.6 Hz, 4.8 / 3.2 / 2.4 Hz. I think 1.2 Hz is
too slow for fast recovery, I’ve tried it once or twice but you may need
something that slow.
