Basic accuracy
The basic accuracy of the instrument is 0.2; with the changes of the test frequency
and the impedance of DUT, the basic accuracy will decline, the basic accuracy and its
application are shown in the table below.

shown in the above table; in other cases, it needs to be multiplied by the level correction
