PC camera
The camera can be used as a webcam.
Note: No zoom can be used or settings made while the
camera is being used as a PC camera.
Using the companion app
You can connect the camera to your smartphone using the
integrated WiFi function.
To do this, download the free "VD Cam" app from the App
Store or Google Play Store and install it on your
smartphone.
1. Switch on the camera and go to the system settings
via "Menu".
2. Switch on the WiFi in the "WiFi" submenu.
The SSID and password appear on the camera
display.
3. Then connect the camera to the smartphone by
going to your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings, selecting
the camera's network and connecting it.
4. Open the "VD Cam" app.
You will see the name of the camera on the phone
screen. Tap on the name so that you see the image
