4. The Master ELC has to be ELC-PC/PA/PH/PV, ELCM-PH/PA controllers, and the Slave ELC
can be any ELC controller.
5. There can be maximum 16 Slave ELCs in ELC LINK. See the special Ds in the Master ELC
corresponding to D100 ~ D115 and D200 ~ D215 in every Slave ELC in the tables of special
M and special D.
