M1260=OFF C240 is general U/D high-speed counter.
M1260=ON It is Global reset for C235~C239.
Counting mode selection
The high-speed counter uses special D1022 in 2-phase inputs counting mode to select double
frequency mode. D1022 content will be loaded in at the first scan time when the ELC switches from
STOP to RUN.
