What to do if AC power is available, but my Eaton Ellipse ECO 1200 operates on battery power?
If your Eaton UPS is operating on battery power even when AC power is available, it could be due to circuit breaker 13, located under the UPS, having been tripped by an overload on the UPS output. Disconnect excess equipment and reset the circuit breaker 13 by pressing the corresponding button to resolve this issue.
