Function: query serial port corresponding to SOCKET A1 connection status.

Parameters:
Whether Sta establishes TCP link, Connect/Disconnect;
Connect TCP is connected.
Disconnect TCP did not connect.

Function: query serial port corresponding SOCKET B1 connection status.
