1. Check if good connection between lower con-
troller and console, and each pin is properly in-
serted.
2. Check if any damage cables between lower
controller and console, change the cables
3. Change lower controller or console if above
cannot solve

1. Use volt meter to check whether the power
supply voltage is lower than 50% of the normal
voltage
2. Check if connecting motor, and reconnect the
motor cable.
3. Check if odor from controller, and change the
controller.

Abnormal speed sensor
1. Check if speed sensor correct installation
2. Check if speed sensor in good contact, if wire
in good condition
3. Change the speed sensor

Abnormal incline motor
1. Run the incline motor calibration: Unplug the
safety key, then hold the STOP key for 3sec-
onds to enter incline calibration. Plug the safety
key again, the incline will return to zero after
calibration completes.
2. If still error code, check if the wire is proper
connection
3. Change the incline motor

1. Power off for 20seconds, then power on
2. If still error code, check if roller proper function,
check if the running belt and deck good lubri-
cated
