  If your Echo Lawn and Garden Equipment doesn't start, it could be due to a few reasons. There might be no electrical contact between the machine and the battery; remove the battery, check the contact, and reinstall it. Another reason could be that the battery is depleted, so you should charge it. Also, ensure that you are pushing the lock-out lever and trigger switch simultaneously; push the lock-out lever and hold it, then pull the trigger switch to start the machine.

  If the line on your Echo Lawn and Garden Equipment isn't advancing, it might be because the lines are welded together; try lubricating them with silicone spray. It could also be that there isn't enough line on the spool, so install more line. If the lines are worn too short, advance the cutting line. Finally, if the lines are tangled on the spool, remove the lines and rewind them.
