Daily cleaning of the equipment:
Clean showers, group gaskets and group flange with a brush.
Wash
metal
filter
baskets
and
filter
handle
in
warm
water
adding
a
special
detergent
product
(for
use with
coffee
machines).
Clean
the
drip
tray
(Fig.
A-9)
and
grid
with
a
non
abrasive
damp
cloth.
Make sure to empty the drip tray (Fig. A-9) before it overflows.
